Roll Coating Machine belongs to finishing system equipment. During operation, the coater heads are arranged on the front and opposite sides of the metal strip. The front and rear applicator rolls maintain slight non-contact clearance from the strip to optimize coating quality. The top-side coating head is fitted with a synchronized quick-opening mechanism, and the front coating head is driven by hydraulic cylinders. Pressure sensors are installed to provide roll pressure feedback, and linear bearings support frame movement. This system features manual adjustment via handwheels. Four load cells are configured for the passivation coating rolls.
This Roll Coating Machine uses applicator rolls and pick-up rolls to evenly apply paint and passivation solution onto metal strips, enhancing the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the strip surface. It is manufactured in three configurations: horizontal, vertical and winding type. The vertical model is generally deployed in galvanizing lines, while all three types are suitable for color coating lines.
